How to call one

  1. Send the request. You get HTTP 402 with the payment requirement in accepts[].
  2. Sign a matching EIP-3009 transferWithAuthorization for USDC (asset identity USD Coin, version 2) on Base (eip155:8453).
  3. Resend the identical request with the PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header.
